Power Options Settings. Type in powercfg.cpl and hit the enter key. Anything else should be looked at as a possible startup conflict.

The power button action setting in power options lets users specify the default action to take when the system hardware power button on the pc is pressed. Open power options—select start , then select settings > system > power & sleep > additional power settings.
